Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations to meet sales and productivity goals
• Coach, train, and schedule part-time sales associates

• Merchandise sales floor and maintain visual standards
• Monitor inventory levels, stock replenishment, and loss prevention
• Handle POS operations, cash management, and daily reporting
