Sales Associate

Duluth Trading Company is seeking a PT Sales Associate to deliver outstanding service in a fast paced retail environment. In this role, you'll greet customers, understand their needs, and recommend durable workwear and outdoor apparel that fits their lifestyle. You'll maintain product knowledge, restock and merchandise the sales floor, process transactions accurately, and help keep the store clean and organized. You'll embody Duluth's practical, humorous, and customer first culture while supporting sales goals and participating in promotions, events, and storytelling that bring the brand to life.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, providing friendly and knowledgeable service.
• Recommend products based on customer needs and features of Duluth apparel and gear.
• Operate the POS system to process sales, returns, and exchanges accurately.
• Handle cash, card, and digital payments following company procedures.
• Restock shelves, fold and size apparel, and maintain visual merchandising standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock needs to store leadership.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe sales floor and fitting rooms.
• Support store promotions and events that highlight Duluth's brand and products.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Follow company policies for loss prevention, safety, and customer issue resolution.
