Registered Veterinary Technician

Stanley Veterinary Services seeks a Registered Veterinary Technician to support mixed-animal practice in Stanley, ND. Responsibilities

• Assist veterinarians with exams, treatments, and surgeries for companion animals and livestock
• Perform venipuncture, sample collection, laboratory tests, and imaging procedures
• Monitor anesthesia and provide perioperative nursing care
• Provide daily nursing care, treatments, and medical monitoring for hospitalized patients
• Educate clients on treatment plans, preventive care, and at-home animal care
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records and treatment notes
• Prepare, clean, and stock exam rooms, surgery, and treatment areas
• Ensure safe animal handling and restraint for both small and large animals
• Support veterinarians during farm calls and field visits as needed
• Follow clinic protocols for infection control, biosecurity, and equipment maintenance
