Production Control Coordinator

Masaba Inc. is seeking a Production Control Coordinator to plan and manage production schedules for custom aggregate, mining, and recycling equipment. In this hands-on role, you will coordinate work orders, materials, and capacity to ensure on-time, high-quality builds. You'll work closely with engineering, fabrication, and assembly teams, tracking progress in our ERP system and resolving bottlenecks. This position is ideal for someone detail-oriented who thrives in a collaborative, safety-focused manufacturing environment and takes pride in supporting the build of heavy-duty industrial equipment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and prioritize production orders to meet delivery deadlines
• Coordinate material availability with purchasing, inventory, and fabrication teams
• Monitor work-in-progress and adjust schedules based on capacity and constraints
• Issue, track, and close work orders accurately in the ERP/production system
• Maintain accurate production data, reports, and status updates for leadership
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality to resolve production issues
• Identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements for throughput and efficiency
• Support adherence to safety, quality, and on-time delivery standards
