Wire Rope Splicer

Lift-All Company seeks a Wire Rope Splicer for 1st Shift to fabricate and assemble wire rope slings and rigging products used in demanding industrial applications. In this hands-on manufacturing role, you will measure, cut, splice, and inspect wire rope and hardware to precise specifications while following strict safety and quality standards. You'll read work orders and drawings, operate hand and mechanical tools, document production, and help meet daily output goals. Responsibilities

• Fabricate and splice wire rope slings and assemblies according to work orders and specifications
• Operate hand tools, mechanical equipment, and splicing devices safely and efficiently
• Measure, cut, and inspect wire rope and hardware to ensure accuracy and quality standards
• Read and interpret production drawings, tags, and instructions
• Perform in-process and final inspections on finished slings for defects, load ratings, and compliance
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area following company safety policies and PPE requirements
• Document production data, counts, and quality checks in logs or production systems
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals and resolve issues
