Branch Utility Sales Service Representative

Heritage-Crystal Clean LLC seeks a Branch Utility Sales Service Representative to support branch sales, service, and administrative operations in environmental and industrial services. In this role, you will process customer orders, schedule and coordinate service, and maintain accurate records to support regulatory compliance. You'll assist the sales team with quotes, account updates, and customer inquiries while promoting safety and environmental stewardship. The position requires strong communication, attention to detail, and comfort working in a fast-paced, team-oriented branch environment.

Responsibilities

• Support branch sales and service activities for environmental and industrial service customers
• Process customer orders, quotes, and service requests accurately and on time
• Coordinate scheduling of service visits and pickups with operations and drivers
• Maintain customer records, service documentation, and compliance-related paperwork
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve basic service or billing issues
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and dispatch to ensure high service levels
• Assist with inventory checks, product availability, and supply ordering
• Promote and follow all safety procedures and regulatory requirements
• Support branch reporting, data entry, and general administrative tasks
