Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers throughout the wash experience
• Explain wash packages, promotions, and membership options
• Operate POS system to process payments accurately and efficiently
• Guide vehicles safely through the wash process following safety procedures
• Perform basic site upkeep, cleaning, and equipment checks
• Respond to customer questions, concerns, and issues promptly
• Support teammates during busy periods to ensure fast service
• Follow all safety, quality, and appearance standards
