Restaurant Utility Worker

Zaxby's is seeking a reliable Restaurant Utility Worker to support our fast-paced, guest-focused team. In this role, you'll keep the restaurant clean, safe, and fully stocked so our team can deliver great Southern hospitality. Responsibilities include dishwashing, maintaining kitchen and dining cleanliness, restocking supplies, assisting with basic food prep, and supporting waste removal and organization. You'll work closely with crew members and managers, gain experience in restaurant operations, and have opportunities to grow into broader service or leadership roles as you develop.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, dining area, and restrooms
• Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment following sanitation standards
• Assist with basic food prep and stocking of stations
• Remove trash and maintain back-of-house organization
• Support front-of-house with restocking sauces, drinks, and supplies
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and safety procedures
• Assist with deliveries and inventory rotation
• Provide friendly assistance to team members and guests as needed
