Restaurant Utility Worker

Zaxby's is hiring Restaurant Utility Workers to keep our fast-casual chicken restaurant clean, stocked, and running smoothly. In this friendly, fast-paced, team-focused environment, you'll support both kitchen and front-of-house operations by washing dishes, cleaning and sanitizing surfaces, restocking supplies, handling trash, and assisting with basic food prep. Utility Workers help ensure a safe, welcoming space for guests while learning the fundamentals of restaurant operations, with opportunities to grow into advanced roles and leadership over time.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
• Maintain cleanliness of dining, kitchen, and restrooms
• Restock supplies, condiments, and paper goods
• Remove trash and follow proper waste disposal procedures
• Assist with basic food prep as directed
• Support drive-thru and dine-in operations as needed
• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
• Work collaboratively with team members and managers
• Operate dishwashing and cleaning equipment safely
• Uphold Zaxby's guest service and hospitality standards
