Grocery Clerk

Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a friendly Grocery Clerk to support our Retail Operations team. In this in-store role, you'll provide exceptional customer service, assist shoppers with product questions, and help promote healthy, natural, and organic choices. You'll stock shelves, rotate and face products, check dates, and maintain clean, organized aisles that reflect our fresh, affordable standards. You'll handle carts, help with carry-outs, and support front-end or department tasks as needed. Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with product locations and questions
• Stock, rotate, and face grocery products following FIFO standards
• Check product dates and ensure shelves are clean, full, and organized
• Maintain store cleanliness, including aisles, displays, and backroom areas
• Assist with cart collection and carry-outs for customers
• Support accurate pricing and shelf labeling
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and safety policies
• Collaborate with team members and support other departments as needed
• Operate basic equipment and follow safe lifting guidelines
• Uphold Sprouts' customer-centered, healthy-living culture
