This role offers a flexible, full-time outpatient schedule with no nights, hospital calls, or weekends. Psychiatrists will provide patient care with the flexibility of telemedicine and in-person options, supported by generous compensation and a comprehensive benefits package.

Compensation

• Generous 'above market' compensation with unlimited/uncapped earnings
• Sign-on bonus
• Additional compensation for collaboration with mid-levels (optional)
• Above market compensation-Range from $300,000 to $390,000- compensation model based on productivity
• Cash based incentive plan
