Multifamily Revenue Manager

Horning Management LLC seeks a Multifamily Revenue Manager to lead pricing and revenue strategy for its Washington, DC multifamily portfolio. In this resident-focused, team-oriented role, you'll analyze market data, occupancy, and rent rolls to optimize pricing, fees, and concessions. Partner with property managers, leasing, and marketing to drive NOI, reduce vacancy loss, and support budgeting and forecasting. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement pricing and revenue strategies across a multifamily portfolio in the Washington, DC area
• Analyze market trends, occupancy, rent roll, and competitive data to optimize rent and fee structures
• Collaborate with property managers and leasing teams to align pricing, concessions, and lease terms with performance goals
• Prepare regular revenue, occupancy, and forecast reports for senior leadership
• Monitor performance of new lease-ups, renewals, and unit turns to maximize NOI and minimize vacancy loss
• Recommend revenue-enhancing initiatives, including amenity pricing, fee schedules, and targeted promotions
• Support budgeting, annual business planning, and long-term revenue projections
• Ensure revenue practices align with company standards, fair housing regulations, and resident-focused culture
• Train on-site teams on revenue management tools, KPIs, and pricing guidelines
• Partner with marketing to ensure pricing and promotions reflect current demand and positioning
