Staff Accountant

Geronimo Hospitality Group is seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to support our distinctive hotels, restaurants, and entertainment venues. You'll handle journal entries, reconciliations, AP/AR, and monthly close activities while ensuring accurate, timely financial reporting. Partner closely with operations teams to analyze revenue, costs, and variances across properties. Responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal entries and reconcile general ledger accounts.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable accurately and on time.
• Support revenue, cost, and variance analysis for multiple hospitality venues.
• Maintain organized financial records and support internal controls.
• Assist with bank reconciliations and cash management reporting.
• Prepare standard financial reports for management review.
• Coordinate with operations teams to resolve billing and coding issues.
• Assist with sales/use tax and other regulatory filings.
• Support auditors with requested schedules and documentation.
