This role plans and schedules crews, coordinates inventory and logistics, and ensures safe, high-quality installations for contractors and industrial clients. The Installation Manager partners closely with sales, warehouse, and operations teams, maintains strong customer communication, and drives continuous improvement in field processes, safety, and service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead and schedule installation projects for industrial and construction customers, ensuring on-time, accurate completion
- Coordinate field crews, tools, vehicles, and materials to meet project requirements and safety standards
- Review work orders, site requirements, and customer specifications to plan efficient installations
- Conduct pre- and post-installation checks to ensure quality, safety compliance, and proper documentation
- Serve as primary contact for customers during installations, resolving issues and providing status updates
- Collaborate with warehouse, sales, and logistics teams to align inventory and delivery with installation timelines
- Train and mentor installation technicians on company procedures, safety practices, and customer service
- Monitor job costs, labor hours, and resource utilization to maintain profitability and efficiency
- Implement and reinforce safety protocols and OSHA-compliant practices on all job sites
- Continuously improve installation processes, reporting, and communication to enhance customer satisfaction
