Day Program Manager

Sevita is seeking a Day Program Manager to lead person-centered services for individuals with diverse needs. In this on-site role, you will oversee daily operations, supervise and develop staff, and design meaningful activities that promote independence, social engagement, and community inclusion. You will coordinate care with families and clinical teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain accurate documentation. Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the day program to ensure high-quality, person-centered services
• Supervise, schedule, and coach staff to support individual care plans and goals
• Develop and implement program activities that promote independence, socialization, and community integration
• Monitor participant progress, maintain documentation, and ensure regulatory and company compliance
• Coordinate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to support individual needs
• Ensure a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment aligned with Sevita's values
• Manage budgets, resources, and reporting requirements for the program
• Lead training and development for team members to maintain best practices in care
