Sales Manager Trainee

Safe Haven Security, a leading Authorized ADT Dealer, is hiring Sales Manager Trainees to grow our residential and small-business customer base. In this entry-level role, you'll learn to prospect, qualify, and close smart home and security solutions through door-to-door outreach, appointments, and events. You'll shadow experienced reps, assist with basic system setups, and ensure a smooth customer onboarding experience. Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify residential and small-business customers for smart home and security solutions
• Conduct in-person product demonstrations and solution-based sales presentations
• Support basic system setup and handoff to installation teams
• Maintain accurate records of leads, appointments, and sales activity in CRM tools
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Participate in hands-on training, coaching, and ride-alongs with senior reps
• Deliver high-quality customer service and ensure smooth onboarding
• Represent Safe Haven Security professionally in neighborhoods and at events
