Senior HVAC Service Tech

ARS-Rescue Rooter is seeking a Senior HVAC Service Tech to deliver expert residential and light commercial service in Memphis, TN. In this role, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of comfort systems while providing clear, professional communication to customers. You'll perform tune-ups, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure all work meets safety and code standards. Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Perform preventive maintenance and system tune-ups
• Start up, test, and commission replacement HVAC equipment
• Accurately document work performed, parts used, and recommendations
• Educate customers on repair options, maintenance, and system upgrades
• Follow all safety policies, codes, and industry best practices
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and inventory in good order
• Collaborate with dispatch and team members to meet service goals
• Provide on-call and after-hours emergency service as scheduled
• Mentor junior technicians and support their technical development
