Ground Service Agent

Horizon Air seeks a Ground Service Agent to support safe, efficient operations in our Transportation & Logistics team. In this on-airport role, you'll load and unload baggage and cargo, marshal and park aircraft, operate ground support equipment, and assist with de-icing and ramp safety. You'll work outdoors in all weather, on varied shifts, upholding strict safety and security standards while delivering friendly, reliable service. Responsibilities

• Safely load, unload, and sort baggage, cargo, and mail
• Marshal, park, and push back aircraft following safety procedures
• Operate ground support equipment such as tugs and belt loaders
• Perform basic aircraft servicing including lavatory and potable water
• Conduct ramp safety checks and maintain clean, hazard-free work areas
• Communicate with flight crews and dispatch via radio and hand signals
• Assist during irregular operations and weather events, including de-icing
• Follow all TSA, FAA, and Horizon Air safety and security regulations
• Provide courteous customer support on the ramp as needed
• Participate in ongoing training and development for advancement opportunities
