Consumer Product & Turf Equipment Mechanic

Papé Machinery Inc., a leader in agricultural and turf equipment, is seeking a Consumer Product & Turf Equipment Mechanic to join our service team in Eugene. In this role, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain a range of consumer and turf equipment for customers in the wholesale trade industry. You'll work with modern diagnostic tools, follow manufacturer specifications, and ensure safe, reliable operation of every unit. Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues on turf and consumer equipment
• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and adjustments per manufacturer standards
• Use diagnostic tools, service manuals, and technical bulletins to troubleshoot issues
• Document work performed, parts used, and repair recommendations accurately
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area following company safety policies
• Collaborate with parts and service teams to ensure timely, quality repairs
• Communicate repair status and equipment condition to service advisors and customers
• Participate in ongoing technical training and certifications on equipment lines
