Bilingual Wholesale Product Specialist

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Bilingual Wholesale Product Specialist to support our manufacturing and industrial customers with expert product guidance and service. Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with wholesale customers in manufacturing sectors
• Provide bilingual product support, recommendations, and technical guidance on coatings and finishes
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and manufacturing teams to meet customer needs and deadlines
• Prepare quotes, product specifications, and order documentation accurately
• Conduct product presentations, trainings, and demonstrations for wholesale partners
• Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
• Resolve customer issues promptly while upholding safety and quality standards
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activity reports
