Lead HVAC Installer

Any Hour Group is seeking a Lead HVAC Installer to join our residential construction team in Ogden, UT. In this role, you'll oversee installation of heating and cooling systems in homes, from layout and ductwork to startup and homeowner orientation. You'll direct and mentor install helpers, ensure jobs meet code and safety standards, and deliver craftsmanship that reflects our service-driven culture. Responsibilities

• Lead residential HVAC installation projects from layout to final startup
• Supervise and train install helpers and junior technicians
• Interpret blueprints, plans, and specs to ensure correct equipment placement
• Perform ductwork layout, fabrication, and installation to company standards
• Complete brazing, wiring, and system commissioning safely and accurately
• Ensure compliance with local codes, permits, and company safety policies
• Communicate clearly with homeowners, address concerns, and explain system operation
• Coordinate with dispatch, warehouse, and sales to keep jobs on schedule
• Document work performed and maintain accurate job records
• Inspect completed work for quality and drive continuous improvement on the team
