Starbucks Barista Shift Lead

As a Starbucks Barista Shift Lead with Aramark, you'll guide a team in delivering fast, friendly, and consistent café service. You'll prepare Starbucks beverages to exact standards, support training and coaching of baristas, and help manage daily shift operations. Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate Starbucks barista shifts to meet service and sales goals
• Prepare and serve Starbucks beverages and food to brand and safety standards
• Provide welcoming, efficient, and accurate guest service at all stations
• Train, coach, and support baristas on recipes, procedures, and service standards
• Handle cash, POS transactions, and basic shift paperwork accurately
• Monitor product levels, restock, and support inventory control
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety compliance in all areas
• Communicate with management on staffing, issues, and guest feedback
