Job Description:
TA Dedicated is hiring experienced CDL-A professional truck drivers for a local shuttle position based in Lafayette, IN. In this role, drivers will shuttle double drop flatbed trailers between local yards, hauling CAT engines, radiators, gensets, and other CAT parts as needed. Securement using chains and binders is required. This is a home-daily position offering steady work and consistent hours.

• Home daily
• $72,000 - $80,000 yearly earnings
• $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
• $42.00 per hour Overtime Pay:( for all hours worked beyond 40 in a workweek; 10 hours of overtime weekly)
• $250/day for two day paid orientation
• Dedicated routes

Bonuses:

• $500 New Hire Transition Bonus paid in full on second paycheck
• Referral bonus program - up to $3,000 for each qualified driver referred

• Minimum of 21 years old
• 1 year experience
• Valid CDL-A
• DOT qualified
• Must pass a comprehensive drug test
• Satisfactory safety and employment history
