Minimum of 2 weeks per month required with one weekend of callMonday through Friday schedule with weekday call availabilityWeekend and holiday call required, typically 1 in 4 rotationWeekday shifts run 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM with call from 3:00 PM to 7:00 AMWeekend shifts are 24 hours running 7:00 AM to 7:00 AMMust be able to respond to call within 30 minutesCoverage need for 2 FTE positionsSupport staff includes 3 to 4 CRNAs on shift, plus 2 pediatric CRNAs on FridaysTypical case volume of 3 to 5 cases per day depending on OR loadPatient population is primarily adult and elderly with light pediatrics including dental and laparoscopic casesPractice setting is a rural hospital with 49 bedsDepartment includes 4 core ORs, a dedicated endoscopy room, C-suite, 1 flex room, and a DaVinci robotProcedures required include orthopedic surgery (total joints, neuro spine, sports), general surgery, plastics (cosmetic and reconstruction), podiatry, OB (35 to 50 C-sections annually), ophthalmology (cataracts), and neuraxial anesthesia (spinal, epidural, combined spinal-epidural)CRNA-only model with no MD oversightActive Minnesota license required along with DEA certificationBoard Certification through NBCRNA requiredRequired certifications include BLS, ACLS, PALS, and Neonatal ResuscitationMinimum 2 years of experience requiredRequired skills include nerve blocks, OB, general anesthesia, and spinalsPediatrics experience preferred and rural health experience strongly preferredEMR system is Cerner/OracleFacility:
