Warehouse Associate

Reno is seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate to support daily operations in our fast-paced facility. You'll receive and unload shipments, verify accuracy, and organize inventory in designated locations. Daily tasks include picking and packing orders, preparing pallets, and staging shipments for carriers while meeting productivity and accuracy targets. You'll use basic computer systems or scanners to update inventory and print labels. The role requires consistent attention to safety, housekeeping, and teamwork while lifting up to 50 lbs and standing or walking throughout your shift.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and inspect inbound shipments
• Pick, pack, and stage customer orders accurately and on time
• Operate pallet jacks or forklifts safely (if certified)
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and update systems
• Label, wrap, and prepare shipments for carrier pickup
• Keep warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
• Assist with cycle counts and stock replenishment
• Follow standard operating procedures and productivity goals
