Janitorial Crew Member

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) seeks a reliable Janitorial Crew Member to maintain clean, safe facilities for retail, logistics, and commercial clients. Duties include sweeping, mopping, trash removal, restroom and breakroom sanitation, surface disinfection, and basic floor care. Follow safety procedures, use cleaning equipment and chemicals properly, and report maintenance or safety issues. Work as part of a team, meet quality standards, and support a safety-first, service-focused culture with opportunities for training and long-term growth.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, and high-touch surfaces
• Empty trash and recycling and transport waste to designated areas
• Operate basic cleaning equipment safely and effectively
• Follow all safety, PPE, and chemical handling procedures
• Restock supplies such as soap, paper towels, and restroom products
• Report maintenance, safety, or security issues promptly
• Adhere to client and KBS quality standards and checklists
• Work collaboratively with crew members and supervisors
• Support a safety-first, service-oriented culture and training initiatives
