Warehouse Distribution Associate

Reno is seeking a reliable Warehouse Distribution Associate to support daily operations in our fast-paced distribution environment. In this role, you will receive, inspect, and store inbound shipments; accurately pick, pack, and stage outbound orders; and maintain inventory records using RF scanners or a warehouse management system. You'll help load and unload trucks, follow strict safety and quality procedures, and keep work areas clean and organized. This on-site position requires standing, lifting, and moving throughout the shift while meeting productivity and accuracy targets.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and store inbound shipments according to company procedures
• Pick, pack, and stage customer orders accurately and on time
• Operate pallet jacks and warehouse equipment safely; assist with forklifts if certified
• Use RF scanners or WMS to record inventory movements and maintain accuracy
• Prepare shipments with correct labeling, documentation, and packaging standards
• Conduct regular cycle counts and help resolve inventory discrepancies
• Keep warehouse aisles, racks, and work areas clean and organized
• Follow all safety, quality, and productivity guidelines and report hazards to leadership
