Logistics Associate

Reno is hiring a Logistics Associate to support daily warehouse operations. In this role, you will receive, inspect, and store inbound shipments, accurately pick and pack orders, and prepare products for on-time shipping. You'll update inventory in warehouse systems, assist with cycle counts, and help keep the facility clean, safe, and organized. Working closely with warehouse and logistics teams, you will operate material-handling equipment as needed and follow all safety procedures to ensure efficient, reliable movement of goods through the warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against documentation
• Accurately pick, pack, and stage customer orders for shipment
• Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified)
• Update inventory records in WMS or inventory systems and perform cycle counts
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
• Prepare shipping labels and documentation for carriers
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks and organizing dock areas
• Follow company safety policies and standard operating procedures
