Distribution Associate

Reno is seeking a reliable Distribution Associate to support daily warehouse and logistics operations. In this role, you will receive, inspect, and store incoming products; accurately pick, pack, and stage orders; and ensure timely, error-free shipments. You will operate basic material-handling equipment, use barcode scanners and a warehouse management system to track inventory, and assist with cycle counts and stock rotation. The position is on-site in a fast-paced environment and requires consistent attention to safety, organization, and teamwork to meet productivity and accuracy goals.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against documentation
• Accurately pick, pack, and stage customer orders for shipment
• Maintain organized storage areas and proper stock rotation
• Operate pallet jacks and basic material-handling equipment safely
• Use barcode scanners and WMS to track inventory movements
• Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory audits
• Follow all safety policies and maintain a clean work area
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals
