Account Representative

DCM Services is seeking an Account Representative to support our specialized receivables management operations in the finance and insurance space. In this role, you will manage estate and specialty accounts for healthcare, financial services, telecom, and other clients. You will contact consumers and their representatives to resolve balances using compliant, empathetic communication. Working in a professional, team-oriented environment, you'll leverage advanced systems and analytics, follow strict regulatory and client guidelines, document activity accurately, and contribute to continuous process improvement while building expertise in a niche financial services field.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of estate and specialty receivable accounts for healthcare, financial, and related clients.
• Contact consumers and representatives to resolve outstanding balances with empathy and professionalism.
• Apply compliant practices aligned with FDCPA and industry regulations.
• Document all interactions accurately in company systems and maintain data integrity.
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to meet performance goals and service standards.
• Use technology, analytics, and scripts to guide resolution strategies and payment arrangements.
• Escalate complex or sensitive cases following company policies and compliance guidelines.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay current on regulations, systems, and best practices.
