Automotive Light Duty Technician

Harry Brown's in Faribault, MN is seeking an Automotive Light Duty Technician to perform oil changes, tire services, fluid exchanges, basic inspections, and minor repairs on multiple brands. You'll use proper tools and diagnostic equipment to ensure safe, accurate work while supporting a friendly, customer-first dealership culture. Responsibilities

• Perform light-duty maintenance including oil changes, tire rotations, fluid services, and filter replacements
• Inspect brakes, steering, suspension, and tires; report needed repairs to service advisors
• Complete multi-point inspections and document findings accurately on repair orders
• Mount, balance, and repair tires following manufacturer and dealership standards
• Perform basic diagnostics using scan tools and test equipment as directed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area and care for shop tools and equipment
• Communicate clearly with service advisors and teammates to ensure timely, quality repairs
• Follow all dealership, manufacturer, and safety guidelines to protect customers and coworkers
