Bulky Waste Site Attendant

Sanitary Disposal Inc. seeks a Bulky Waste Site Attendant to oversee safe, efficient handling of large items at our disposal site in Carroll, Iowa. This field-based role greets and directs customers, inspects loads, and ensures materials are properly sorted for disposal or recycling. The attendant maintains a clean, orderly, and hazard-free area, operates basic site equipment, and follows all safety and environmental guidelines. Responsibilities

• Monitor and control access to bulky waste site
• Assist customers with unloading and placing bulky items
• Inspect loads and direct proper disposal or recycling
• Operate basic site equipment and tools safely
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area
• Follow safety procedures and use required PPEDocument volumes, materials, and incidents as needed
• Provide courteous customer service to site users
• Report equipment issues and site hazards promptly
• Support team members with general site operations
