Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on ambulances and transport vehicles
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues and complete timely repairs
• Ensure fleet meets safety, DOT, and healthcare transport regulatory standards
• Maintain maintenance logs, repair records, and parts inventory
• Coordinate inspections, scheduling, and vendor services for fleet needs
• Support roadside emergencies and after-hours breakdowns as needed
• Collaborate with operations staff to minimize vehicle downtime
• Train or guide junior technicians on procedures and safety practices
