Sales Experience Manager

Asbury Automotive Group seeks a Sales Experience Manager to deliver exceptional in-store automotive sales experiences. In this role, you will greet and qualify customers, guide them through vehicle selection and test drives, clearly present pricing, financing, and protection products, and manage each step of the purchase process. You'll use CRM tools to follow up on leads, build long-term customer relationships, and achieve sales and satisfaction goals. Working closely with finance, service, and management, you'll support a seamless ownership experience while benefiting from ongoing training, career growth, and performance-based rewards in a performance-driven, customer-focused culture.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional in-dealership sales experiences for new and used vehicle customers
• Guide customers through vehicle selection, test drives, and purchase process
• Explain pricing, financing, and insurance products clearly and compliantly
• Maintain up-to-date product and inventory knowledge across multiple automotive brands
• Consistently meet or exceed sales and customer satisfaction goals
• Accurately complete required sales, finance, and compliance documentation
• Collaborate with service, finance, and management teams to support seamless customer experiences
• Use CRM tools to track leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and performance reviews
• Uphold company standards for professionalism, integrity, and customer focus
