CDL-A Route Delivery Specialist

BEST ONE TIRE&SERVICE is hiring a CDL-A Route Delivery Specialist to safely transport tires and related products to retail and commercial customers. This local position focuses on on-time, accurate deliveries, loading and unloading product, and maintaining clean, compliant vehicles. You'll represent our customer-focused, community-oriented culture with every stop, communicating professionally and resolving basic delivery issues. Expect hands-on work, adherence to DOT and company safety standards, and collaboration with store and warehouse teams, with training and growth into technical, sales, or leadership paths.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate CDL-A vehicles on assigned local delivery routes
• Load, secure, transport, and unload tires and related products
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and document findings
• Follow DOT regulations and all company safety policies and procedures
• Ensure accurate, on-time deliveries and verify orders with customers
• Provide professional, courteous customer service at each stop
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report maintenance needs promptly
• Use route manifests or electronic systems to track deliveries and paperwork
• Coordinate with warehouse and store staff on routing, returns, and inventory issues
• Participate in ongoing training to improve driving, safety, and product knowledge
