Delivery Driver

As a Delivery Driver at Gopuff in our Transportation & Logistics team, you'll deliver everyday essentials from local facilities directly to customers. You'll safely load, transport, and unload items, follow GPS routes, and ensure timely, accurate deliveries. You'll provide friendly customer service, handle basic order issues, and follow all traffic and safety regulations. Responsibilities

• Safely operate a personal or company vehicle to complete local deliveries
• Load, transport, and unload customer orders from Gopuff facilities
• Use mobile app and GPS to follow delivery routes and manage orders
• Verify orders for accuracy and resolve basic delivery issues
• Provide courteous, professional customer service at each stop
• Adhere to traffic laws, road safety, and company delivery policies
• Perform basic vehicle and equipment checks before and after shifts
• Communicate with dispatch/operations regarding delays or issues
• Maintain punctuality and meet performance and on time metrics
• Represent Gopuff's brand and values in all customer interactions
