Delivery Driver

As a Delivery Driver at Gopuff, you'll safely pick up, load, and deliver daily essentials from local facilities to customers on time. You'll follow GPS routes, verify orders, and provide friendly, professional service at every stop. Drivers inspect and maintain their vehicle, follow all traffic and safety rules, and handle basic paperwork or app-based confirmations. You'll represent Gopuff's dynamic, inclusive culture while working independently, solving problems on the road, and supporting smooth warehouse and customer operations.

Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver customer orders accurately and on time
• Use GPS and mobile app to follow routes and complete deliveries
• Provide friendly, professional customer service at each stop
• Verify orders, obtain proof of delivery, and update the app
• Operate vehicle safely and comply with traffic and safety laws
• Perform basic vehicle inspections (fuel, tires, cleanliness)
• Handle issues such as wrong addresses, delays, or returns
• Communicate with dispatch/warehouse about order or route changes
• Protect products from damage and maintain order accuracy
• Follow all company policies and represent Gopuff positively
