Delivery Partner

As a Delivery Driver Partner for Gopuff in the Transportation & Logistics department, you'll use your own vehicle to pick up and deliver everyday essentials-snacks, groceries, household items, and OTC medications-from local facilities directly to customers. You'll accept orders via the Gopuff app, follow GPS routes for efficient, safe delivery, and provide friendly, reliable service at the door. This flexible, contractor-style role lets you choose when you work while contributing to a dynamic, inclusive culture focused on innovation and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Pick up customer orders from local Gopuff facilities
• Deliver items safely and on time to customer locations
• Use the Gopuff app to accept, navigate, and complete deliveries
• Follow traffic laws and safety guidelines at all times
• Provide courteous, professional customer service at the door
• Maintain a clean, reliable, and insured personal vehicle
• Communicate issues or delays through the app or support channels
• Handle basic problem solving for order or address discrepancies
