Delivery Partner

Gopuff is seeking reliable Delivery Driver Partners to support our Transportation & Logistics team. As an independent partner, you'll pick up orders from local Gopuff facilities and deliver daily essentials-snacks, groceries, household items, and OTC medications-directly to customers. You'll use the Gopuff app for routing, manage time efficiently, and provide friendly, accurate, and safe service. This flexible role is ideal for detail oriented drivers who know their city well, communicate clearly, and are committed to on-time, professional deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Pick up pre-packaged customer orders from local Gopuff facilities
• Safely and promptly deliver orders to customers' addresses
• Use the Gopuff app for navigation, routing, and delivery updates
• Verify orders for accuracy before leaving the facility
• Maintain communication through the app regarding delays or issues
• Provide professional, courteous customer interactions at drop-off
• Follow all traffic laws and safety standards while driving
• Protect customer goods from damage during transport
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and readiness for deliveries
• Comply with Gopuff policies, procedures, and partner guidelines
