Local Delivery Driver

Gopuff seeks a reliable Local Delivery Driver to safely deliver everyday essentials from our local facilities directly to customers. In this Transportation & Logistics role, you'll load orders, follow optimized routes, and provide friendly, timely service. You'll verify orders, handle basic customer issues, and maintain delivery accuracy standards. Drivers must follow traffic and safety regulations, care for company equipment, and communicate with dispatch about delays or issues. Responsibilities

• Safely operate a vehicle to complete local deliveries
• Load, transport, and deliver customer orders accurately and on time
• Follow all traffic laws, safety policies, and delivery procedures
• Use a smartphone/app for navigation, routing, and proof of delivery
• Communicate with dispatch regarding delays, issues, or route changes
• Provide courteous, professional customer service at each stop
• Inspect vehicle and report maintenance or safety concerns
• Handle packages with care and follow verification protocols
• Maintain delivery accuracy and productivity targets
• Follow company policies for returns, substitutions, and issue resolution
