Beverage Merchandiser

TJ Sheehan Distributing, a family-owned beer and beverage distributor serving Central and Upstate New York, is seeking a Beverage Merchandiser to support our wholesale routes. In this fast-paced, field-based role, you will stock, rotate, and merchandise beer and beverage products in retail accounts, building attractive displays and ensuring products are easy for customers to find. You'll work closely with sales and delivery teams, follow established routes, and provide reliable, courteous service to our retail partners while representing our brands and family-focused culture.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and rotate TJ Sheehan beverage products at grocery, retail, bar, and restaurant accounts
• Build and maintain attractive, compliant in-store displays and coolers
• Ensure accurate stocking, rotation, and facing to meet freshness and brand standards
• Install and maintain point-of-sale materials and promotional displays
• Communicate with sales and delivery teams on inventory, out-of-stocks, and opportunities
• Follow assigned daily route, schedules, and store procedures
• Safely handle and move cases using carts, dollies, and related equipment
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance and represent the company positively with customers
