A-Level Auto Tech

Good Carma is seeking an experienced A-Level Auto Tech to join our on-site service team. In this role, you'll handle advanced diagnostics, complex mechanical and electrical repairs, and comprehensive maintenance on a wide range of vehicles. You will use modern scan tools, follow repair procedures, and ensure accurate documentation of all work. We're looking for a technician with at least six years of hands-on shop experience who can work independently, maintain high quality standards, and support a safe, efficient, and customer-focused repair environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced diagnostics on engines, electrical, and drivability issues
• Complete complex mechanical repairs and component replacements
• Conduct routine maintenance services and inspections
• Use scan tools and diagnostic equipment to identify faults
• Document all work performed and recommended services
• Ensure quality control and road-test vehicles as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Collaborate with service advisors and junior techs
