Driver

Pioneer Materials West - Fort Collins seeks a dependable Driver to deliver building materials to commercial and residential jobsites. In this role, you'll safely operate CDL trucks, load and unload drywall, steel, insulation, and related products, and ensure loads are properly secured. You'll perform routine vehicle inspections, follow DOT and company safety standards, and maintain accurate delivery paperwork. Working closely with warehouse, dispatch, and customers, you'll provide courteous, on-time service while representing a team-oriented, safety-focused distributor.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate CDL delivery trucks to transport drywall, steel, insulation, and related products to customer jobsites.
• Load and unload materials using forklifts, boom equipment, and manual handling while following safety procedures.
• Secure loads to prevent damage and ensure compliance with DOT and company safety standards.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and report maintenance or safety issues promptly.
• Follow assigned routes, delivery schedules, and jobsite instructions to complete timely, accurate deliveries.
• Interact professionally with contractors and crews on site, providing courteous, solution-focused service.
• Complete required delivery paperwork, logs, and basic electronic documentation accurately.
• Work closely with warehouse and dispatch teams to coordinate orders, resolve issues, and support daily operations.
