Field Service Supervisor

Holt Group is seeking a Field Service Supervisor to lead a team of technicians delivering on-site service to our customers. In this role, you will schedule and coordinate field work, oversee job quality, and ensure safe, efficient completion of all assignments. You will support technicians with troubleshooting, maintain accurate service documentation, and communicate status updates to customers and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate brings strong technical aptitude, proven leadership in the field, and a focus on customer satisfaction and safety.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support daily activities of field service technicians
• Schedule, assign, and monitor on-site service work orders
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and company standards
• Assist with complex troubleshooting and customer issues
• Train and mentor technicians on procedures and best practices
• Review service reports and maintain accurate documentation
• Coordinate parts, tools, and inventory needed for jobs
• Communicate job status and resolutions to customers and management
