Warehouse Worker

Pioneer Materials West - Silverthorne seeks a reliable Warehouse Worker to support our building materials distribution operations. Responsibilities include safely loading and unloading drywall, steel, insulation, and related supplies; accurately picking and staging orders for contractors; and operating forklifts and pallet jacks. You'll maintain a clean, organized warehouse while following strict safety standards. Working in a collaborative, team-focused environment, you'll help support commercial and residential construction projects across Colorado with opportunities to grow in logistics and operations.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks with drywall, steel, insulation, and related materials
• Accurately pick, stage, and prepare customer orders for delivery or pickup
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely
• Inspect incoming and outgoing materials for damage and accuracy
• Maintain clean, organized warehouse aisles, racks, and staging areas
• Follow all safety procedures and use proper lifting techniques and PPEAssist drivers with loading and securing loads for transport
• Perform basic inventory counts and help track stock levels
• Communicate with team members and supervisors to meet customer timelines
• Support general warehouse, yard, and housekeeping tasks as needed
