Inventory Compliance Specialist

CNH Industrial is seeking an Inventory Compliance Specialist to ensure inventory accuracy and regulatory compliance across our manufacturing operations. In this role, you will conduct audits, manage cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and maintain robust inventory control procedures. You will partner with production, warehousing, and finance teams to improve data integrity, optimize stock levels, and support internal and external audits. Responsibilities

• Monitor and audit inventory records for accuracy and regulatory compliance across manufacturing operations
• Coordinate cycle counts and root-cause analysis for inventory discrepancies
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for inventory control and compliance
• Collaborate with production, warehousing, and finance to ensure proper material tracking and documentation
• Prepare compliance reports and metrics for internal stakeholders and auditors
• Support implementation of continuous improvement initiatives in inventory processes
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and company policies in all inventory activities
• Utilize ERP and inventory management systems to track, analyze, and optimize stock levels
