Walser Automotive Group is seeking a Lamborghini Minneapolis Service Manager to lead our high-performance service center. In this on-site role, you'll oversee daily operations, from technician scheduling and workflow management to quality control and customer satisfaction. You will manage financial performance, ensure compliance with OEM and safety standards, and handle escalated customer concerns. Working within Walser's integrity-driven, team-focused culture, you'll develop staff, refine processes, and deliver a premium, transparent service experience that supports long-term customer relationships and career growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the Lamborghini Minneapolis service department to meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Lead, coach, and schedule technicians and service staff, ensuring high performance, accountability, and a safe work environment.
  • Manage service workflow, capacity, and repair timelines to deliver an exceptional, efficient customer experience.
  • Monitor financial performance, including labor hours, parts gross, and department profitability.
  • Ensure strict compliance with OEM standards, warranty procedures, safety regulations, and Walser processes.
  • Partner with sales and other departments to support a seamless, customer-first ownership and service journey.
  • Handle escalated customer concerns with transparency and professionalism, protecting the Walser brand.
  • Drive continuous improvement through training, process refinement, and adoption of best practices and technology.
