Automotive Technician

Lake Norman INFINITI seeks skilled Automotive Technicians to join our luxury dealership in Cornelius, NC. In this role, you will perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on INFINITI and pre-owned vehicles to manufacturer standards. Responsibilities include using advanced diagnostic tools, completing routine services, documenting repair orders, and ensuring safety and quality on every job. Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair INFINITI and pre-owned vehicles to manufacturer standards
• Perform routine maintenance including oil changes, tire services, and inspections
• Use diagnostic equipment and service manuals to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
• Document all work performed on repair orders accurately and clearly
• Follow dealership, safety, and OEM procedures in the shop
• Communicate findings and repair needs to service advisors
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, organized work area
• Support a customer-focused, luxury service experience
• Participate in ongoing technical and factory training
