Environmental Services Supervisor

Aramark is seeking an Environmental Services Supervisor to lead daily EVS operations in a fast-paced accommodation and food services environment. You will supervise front-line staff, coordinate schedules, and ensure facilities are clean, safe, and welcoming. Responsibilities include enforcing cleaning and disinfection standards, supporting infection control, conducting quality and safety inspections, and managing supplies. You will train and coach team members, model Aramark's values of service, teamwork, and respect, and partner with clients to deliver consistent, high-quality results and positive guest experiences. Responsibilities

• Supervise daily environmental services (EVS) operations to maintain clean, safe, and sanitary facilities.
• Lead, schedule, and coach EVS staff, ensuring adequate coverage and performance standards.
• Implement and monitor cleaning, disinfection, and infection control procedures per company and client standards.
• Conduct quality inspections and safety audits, addressing issues promptly.
• Manage supplies and equipment, including inventory, ordering, and proper use of chemicals.
• Train team members on safety, cleaning protocols, and customer service expectations.
• Collaborate with client contacts and Aramark leadership to meet service and compliance goals.
• Promote a culture of safety, inclusivity, and teamwork within the EVS team.
