Building Maintenance Worker

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages is seeking a Building Maintenance Worker to support our modern manufacturing and distribution facilities. In this role, you will perform routine and preventive maintenance on building systems, equipment, and infrastructure to ensure safe, reliable operations. Responsibilities include basic electrical, plumbing, and HVAC troubleshooting, responding to work orders, and supporting production and warehouse areas. You'll work on-site in a safety-focused, team-oriented culture with opportunities for growth and development across our operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on building systems, facilities, and support equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair basic electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues to minimize downtime.
• Inspect facilities, identify maintenance needs, and complete work orders in a timely manner.
• Support production and warehouse teams by ensuring a safe, clean, and efficient work environment.
• Follow all safety policies, lockout/tagout procedures, and compliance standards.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors for specialized repairs when needed.
• Maintain maintenance logs, parts usage, and equipment records accurately.
• Respond to urgent maintenance requests and assist with emergency repairs as required.
